Hughver it's on sales again, $6.99/# this time.

Based on my experience so far, I wouldn't buy it again. The 24 hour test yielded acceptable texture but not perfect. I'll see what 36 hours does for it. IMO, I'd have been better off buying chuck/cross rib roast at half the price.
