  • Smoked a Pork Shoulder yesterday, so made some Green Chile with part of it for lunch today.
    Rest will be for pulled pork sammies and some will be frozen.

  • That looks pretty good, never had green chili, but i could see me digging into that.

  • Unlike many Green Chili recipes, this is a very simple one.
    I will post it in the recipe section.
