New Orleans Bread Pudding with Orange Sauce

I do like pecans in a bread pudding.  Never thought of any orange sauce.  Bent makes a good bread pudding with a vanilla sauce, but the orange sounds good!  Lovely post.

Well this post is right on time, we changed our return travel plans from World Foods Comp to depart from New Orleans 

The orange sauce does sound good with bread pudding Queball 

I bet you could use that orange sauce as a glaze for a chicken breast.  Give a plain piece of meat some real pizzazz
