Cooked last night dinner of swordfish and baked potatoes on the MAK and served with with a pepper sauce and creamy cauliflower made with parmesan cheese and garlic.

That looks very good.

I made swordfish one time and not sure what I did but it didn't turn out very good to me.

May I ask how you did the cauliflower? I would love to try that.

Nice!
Pepper sauce sounds good.
I like Swordfish, and Halibut. Have not had much luck finding fresh Halibut since leaving west coast.

To make the cauliflower puree I remove and steam the florets for about ten minutes.  I then place them in my vitamix add about a tablespoon of butter, garlic and other spice you might like and slowly add cream to mix.  I then add salt and pepper to taste.  Because the florets are hot I did not melt the butter just mixed it in with the florets.  Also you do not have to use cream, milk will also work or just add more butter in lieu of the cream.
