  • #2 ready to pull. Don’t know why some take longer than others but they take what they take. A pork butt will not be rushed. Why they are hard to do for competition. When it’s time to turn in it’s time to turn in.  Done or not.

  • Costco bonless butts are a pleasure to cook with.  No bone, no gunk, just cook, pull, season and eat!

    Indeed they are!

    And great for making sausage.
