A few...1st was the Bentford 185 (Jaccard) Meat tenderizer...Then the Bentford 6000 Cold Smoker...The guys that really know how to fabricate, must bust a gut when they see my work!

The Bentford line looks top notch!  In that picture with the cheese blocks, what is the temperature in the pit when you use that setup?
