Hey, guys. I was on the previous site, and am looking forward to remaining a member of this great community. I'm a native Californian, but I'm pretty sure my stomach is from Texas, or at least somewhere in the southern US. I've had a Memphis Pro, my first pellet cooker, since the summer of 2016, and I love it. I discovered brisket through this site! I can't tell you how happy I am to be here. Thank you, Bentley, for continuing the great work you and Larry started, together.
