My 1st Trifle...
« on: July 21, 2021, 01:34:13 PM »

Not as traditional as most, as I used a modified berry compote, with just a few "regular" berries.  And I used a hybrid cream cheese/pudding instead of an English Custard.  For a friend celebrating 12 years of sobriety!

You must be aspiring to get onto one of those TV shows where they expect you to be able to cook anything. ;D

Looks great.

I'm looking forward to the Bentley comp TV show.  Both of you are top notch.
