New Pellet Fan from North Texas
« on: September 30, 2017, 05:58:22 PM »

Still fairly new to the pellet community. After being a stick burner for years, I picked up a Camp Chef DLX in July. So far I've only missed one weekend since. I've only smoked on it, but going to try grilling soon.

Welcome!  Would love to hear about your experiences, given you came from a stick burner background.

Welcome from Idaho, that's a nice pit, congrats.  Only been to west Texas, on business.  All I remember is scrub brush and oil wells (and the sign on the convenience store that reminded you to leave your gun in your car.)
