Yikes, their prices are higher than I thought they would be.

I would have a hard time paying $36/lb for sirloin or $44/lb for ribeye.

Yeah, had to just close my eyes and click the button.  This is definitely a one off!  But at least we get to know 1st hand and it adds some content!

Bentley,

I will be looking forward to your review of Omaha Steaks - both flavor and apparent grade. In looking at Omaha' site, I could not find any mention of what grade cuts they are selling.

In looking at Snake River Farms' site, they are selling American Wagyu Gold Grade Top Sirloin for $54/lb.

I doubt I will ever taste either companies' products as they are way out of my price range.

I am very interested in this review. I have my thoughts and will look forward to how they compare to yours.

Let us know what temp you set your oven or grill at when making them, how long you cook them to, the grill temp and the internal meat temp.

Will do, all meat, except maybe 2 of the burgers will be done on the Memphis Pro.  Will note what you have asked for.  May even hook up the Tappecue!
