My experience with trays and baskets is that after a little frost/ice forms inside the freezer, they won't come out very easily.

I have bought these for my upright freezer and for use in the freezer portion of my fridge in my basement.  They work great for me for vac sealed portions and packages of sausage.

Thus these are custom made. The guy suggests deducting at least half an inch from the overall dimensions of the freezer when calculating the basket sizes.

I've had my freezer and baskets for 2 years now, and have never found myself stuck.

The baskets that I referred to came with the freezer.
