I know the horse shoe is regional. Do you have them in your area?

Over an open faced hamburger with fries on top sorta like your poutine.

I have been to Springfield several times because my wife grew up on Lincoln, IL.  We used to go to that area a few times a year before my mother-in-law passed away.  I know several restaurants around Lincoln offered Horse Shoes on their menus, but I never tried it.  Maybe I'll give it a go the next time I get out to that area.
