Posted the pics per request from JD.  Those steak slices are what people sometimes use to make a cheesesteak

We've stopped making big meals with it being just the 2 of us.
About the largest meal we make is for poker night, and then everyone brings somethin; appetizer or side.
So tomorrow we will be going to the Casino. They will be having a ham dinner.

That's where I found them, I don't know if they are available elsewhere. I don't spend much time looking at frozen meat, but I will purchase these again. My original plan was to get a top sirloin roast, smoke it and slice it for the wraps. This saved a lot of time and effort with similar results. They would be perfect for cheesesteaks. I like the fact that they come in individual portions. One block of meat would be good for one or two people, depending on how big a sandwich you were going to make.

The breakfast was a hit. I loved the way the quick steak turned out, it went well with the eggs. However, it was hard to compete with my wife's cinnamon rolls!! I hope everyone had a great Easter.
