  • A friend recently gave us a Mason jar of salted, preserved lemons. I know they are used in a lot of Moroccan, indeed North African, cooking but that is not a cuisine that I have much familiarity with.

    I know I can find recipes on line, but I am specifically looking for recipes which any of you have tried and like.  Thanks.
