  • Got these at Costco Tuesday. Looks like a great idea. I'm gonna grill them with a little Olive Oil to lubricate them. Plan to use the cast iron skillet at around *400 so as not to scorch those little mini filets. Will get pics etc and report.

  • I frequently cook them, too.  They're highly seasoned so I just grill them on the gasser.

  • Don't have a costco close. I have bought the seasoned tenderloins and cut them up a few times. Never had a Tuscan seasoning.

I like doing just a tenderloin because it is plenty for the two of us with a little left for lunch the next day.

Be interested on your thoughts on the seasoning. I may need to look for some.

  • I would put them on the smoker rather than the skillet.

Turned out they were like a salt-lick. Terribly over seasoned although they grilled nicely. I still have two meals left over to defrost and cook but am too put off to keep them. Could probably scrape the excess off first, but they appear to have marinated as the flavor was all through the meat. Will feed back to Costco.  They deserve to know. Most of their recipes are pretty good.
