  • Merry Christmas everyone!

    Decided to cook a ham this year on the pit and I just put this on the Grid Iron. Going to smoke it for about 3 hours at 250F and glaze near the end.

    Applied a little mustard as a binder this morning and seasoned it up with Kosmos Honey Chipotle Killer Bee rub.
