  • My son reports buying a full pork rib roast, and then slicing into chops. Then smoking the chops for an hour or less at 225, before searing them to desired doneness. Salt, Pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. He smokes them all, and then Selects a few for dinner to sear and vac seals the rest to sear for later meals. Thats it.  ??Anyone done similar?
