This another excellent stew. This is a regional special called Locro. The sauce served on the side is added to the stew. Sometimes it came on the side, and sometimes it was already mixed in.

We went to this restaurant a couple of times. My wife wanted the lamb stew but they never managed to make any.

We are definitely looking to make some Locro ourselves.

The soups and stews were definitely my favorite foods on the trip.
