Our very special friends from the Military came to visit so I made a dinner consisting of an appetizer of scallops and crab cakes served over watermelon, grilled planked cedar salmon with brown rice and broccoli and apple pie for dessert.

 Special friends deserve a special meal like this.  Excellent.
