  • Well, I was able to pay back the loan back.  ;D

    Only had about $60-$70 worth on out shopping list, but ended up spending only $273.
    A relatively inexpensive Costco trip for us.  Of course it would be cheaper yet, if I didn't go to the store with Betty. Haha
    Only meat I bought was some pork short ribs, and Wild Pacific Cod.  About $30.
    Oh, and a cooked chicken.  Cannot pass them up for $4.99 ea.
    Should have bought 3 or 4 and froze some.

    The ribs and fish get smoked today.

    Did try to find beef ribs, but all that had were two packages that looked like pork ribs they were so small, and were covered in fat. Passed...
