  • For anyone that likes spicy food and is within a drive of this festival it is worth going to.  Every booth has something to sample - hot sauce, salsa, pickles, peanut butter, fudge, nuts, oils, vinegars, etc.

  • Fun day with some friends at the festival today.  The two new flavors that I saw a lot of today that I don't remember from last year were Black Garlic and Pineapple.  I only ended up with 4 bottles of sauces as I still have a bunch from my trip to last year's festival.

  • Do they have a lot of dishes with fresh chili's in them you can sample, or is most everything processed?

There are some things with fresh chilis at some of the food vendors.  There are some fresh peppers for sale and I even saw some potted pepper plants this year too.  I usually don't eat there so I don't spend much time looking at the food vendor menus.
