Rescued from recycling...my new (new to me) Traeger...

Just installed the Ortech controller last night and wow, what a difference! To be able to more accurately dial in the temperature...well, it simply makes the Traeger all the more capable! Thanx for the advice, my fellow BBQ brethren!!!
