Hey Ross...... I mentioned on another post, my most recent rib cook...last night... I did not wrap for the first time.  Ribs came out moist and had great smoke flavor.  I was using Pit Boss Competition Blend Pellets.  That being said, great cook brother!  Those ribs look awesome! I am sure taste was even better than the pics.  Nicely done.
