Saw this on FB and thought this is the diet for me!

It is true though right...Is the Atkins a heavy protein diet?  I remember one supervisor back at the turn of the Century say he was on it I think, that he could eat a pound of bacon if he wanted but it was so boring...I was fired from that job shortly after that!
