Yes, you can. There is real time graphing!
A few post above I posted this graph, it was taken off my Laptop as the sous vide cook was going on. You can also have the data sent to you ate the end of the cook and print that graph also! This was from the tappecue.net site.

Is that the case? I didn't think Tappecue provided real time graphing. I thought that, at the end of the cook, users downloaded the information into a spreadsheet and produced the graph.
