    Started pellet grilling in May 2014 when I told the Mrs. if I got a new job, I would get a new grill.  I got the job and the rest is history.  My first real cook was the 2015 American Royal Open using a Camp Chef DLX.  Since then I have upgraded to a Pellet Pro 1190.  When not cooking with Bentley, my youngest daughter and I will cook under R Family BBQ in the backyard division of KCBS.  We have a a reserve grand from Smoke Hot BBQ in June
