  • The pinnacle of smoke, BRISKET! Had to pull it at 193*. Forks ok. Got it wrapped and resting now. I'll let y'all know how it goes.

    It's excellent cooked this way. I kinda cheated though. I bought one of those redi-made packs at Sam's club. Threw some crumbled bacon on top to dress it up. Pretty darn good.

  • I just gotta tell somebody, we had a Halloween get together tonight and we made some chilli dogs. I started the REC TEC up on the app while we were trick-r-treatin with the kids. Nothin fancy, threw some Ballpark dogs on the Stampede. BEST DANG HOT DOGS EVER. I love this thing.
