 Not exactly an apple pie. It's chewy and has a taste of it's own..

 1/2 to 3/4 C Sugar. *          1/4t Salt.

 1/2 C Flour.                     1t Baking Powder.

 1 Egg Beaten.                  1 C Diced Apple. ( Is ~ 1 apple)

 1t Vanilla.

 Sift dry ingredients. Add egg, vanilla and apple. Pour into a small greased pie plate. We use a 8" cast iron skillet ( perfect size). Cook @ 350º for 30 Min..A most enjoyable eating experience awaits.

 * The original recipe calls for 3/4 C.    t = Teaspoon.

 No pics. Sorry! The pie has been devoured... My camera has problems and I don't have any other device to take photos with. Gust give it a try. If you don't like it I'll give you your money back.
