Pro-Series Controller
« on: August 16, 2020, 04:53:48 PM »

For those of you with the Pro-Series Controller, I have a question.  How quickly does the Pro-Series Controller bring the grill up to target temperature, and how accurately does it maintain target temperature?  The video on Blaz'n's Website says it's one of the most accurate controllers on the market (So does Yoder, REC TEC, and a host of other brands), brings the grill up to target temperature quickly, and maintains target temp within 1 or 2 degrees.

Also, one more question if I may.  Will a 20" x 12" aluminum pan fit on the bottom roller grill depth wise?

Thank You for your time!

The grill Brands you listed all use the same controllers just configured for their application. Once they are calibrated they hold temps extremely well. I calibrated mine to read 160 when it’s 145, more smoke output for smoking bacon and jerky.  I have the Grand Slam, a 2/3 pan fits perfect.
