Perhaps this should have been listed as a warming plate, not a griddle. So far this reminds me of an electric tabletop BBQ we had many years ago: if we waited long enough the food would eventually be
done - barely.

Pretty short Review. I have decided to return this item. It is just to much trouble for my type of cooking. It would require modifications I am not willing to make to work on the patio where the wind/breeze is unpredictable. I am not willing to cook in the garage. Sorry for the tease!
I think I am going to look in to the largest flattop I can find for the gas range top.

I am leaning towards one of these. I prefer the larger one but right now it is not an Amazon Prime item.

Bought this earlier today. Minneer Flat Top Griddle 32" x 18" It exactly covers all 6 burners on the stove top. Zone cooking at its finest I hope. And maybe a shot at a Culver's Double!

I though you already had a Griddle Hack? You will like the Sizzle Q, just not big enough for me!

I have the griddle hack but my traeger needs to have both hot rods replaced and the auger on the right side where the hack would go is making a noise and sometimes doesn't drop pellets. I need to have that fixed somehow too.
