I am telling you, this is the best performance I have seen, got up to 450 in 30 minutes, cook ended at 405.  Same pellets, but the hopper was very low, I typically have the hopper full.  I am going to continue to play around with it.  Thinking about upgrading with the new flame zone instead of getting another grill.

funny how sometimes what we already have is better than what we think it is

i can accuse myself of always looking for something better too...doing the same thing with my turntable right now researching spending 2x.3x more for an upgrade
