I'm speechless!

That is so inventive.  It looks wonderful.

I may never have the confidence to try this one.  There are too many places for me to ruin it.  I might possibly try if I were alone and could keep a ruined meal secret but nothing stays a secret in this household—and they never forget.  Christmas 1996 is still referred to as the Christmas Paul fell off the ladder into the tree.

Was there any reasoning behind leaving out the pate?

The end product was a thing of beauty. What an outstanding creation!  However, the execution exhausted me.   ;D
Totally awesome.

I am going to need to practice this one a few times (hey, I'm willing to make the sacrifice)! Looks like it could be a winner for Christmas dinner!! Very nice. A lot of steps, but as previously mentioned, they are all do able. Just curious, what are your side dishes? Thanks for sharing!!
