[ Invalid Attachment ]   We spent 4 days in Amalfi and this is what we ran into on the way back to Napels.  :rotf: It was great.

How is this different from hot dog relish?

A couple of thoughts in response. This just adds the taste of dill pickles to the mustard. Basically tastes like pickle juice added to mustard. So you can get the pickle flavor without adding the pickles. The second may just be me not being knowledgeable on the subject, but all hot dog relish I have used is sweet pickle relish, not dill. This may be because this is what my wife buys. If they make dill pickle relish, the flavor would be no different than the mustard, just the texture would be different. Not saying that the mustard combo is better, I have just not seen the combo before.

I looked for this product to no avail. Closest store that had it was over 20 miles away. I finely resorted to Amazon. I ended up buying a pack of 8 12 oz. bottles. I'll keep 3 and give away the remainder. I already have too many beyond "use by" date products. I have not tried it yet but will post my opinion when I do.

Did you guys stay in Amalfi?  We were just there last year, absolutely beautiful.  Had my fill of lemon sorbet for sure.

The guide said this would have been the entrance to the Hustler store in Pompeii.

This was probably the most unique picture I took on the whole trip.  We were coming into Positano (sp), as you can see by a few of the other pictures it is on the Amalfi Coast and steep.  This was an old, small fishing village I was just lucky enough to get a shot of as the bus went around the curve.  I was just amazed that you would have a few homes built into the mountain.  You wake up, go down to the pebble beach, get in your boat and go to work!

This is sort of an addendum to Kristin's thorough review.

I've had my 12-inch Grizzly nickel plated cast iron pan for four years.  I probably cook on it a couple of times a month.  Tonight, as I was cleaning it, I noticed a couple of spots that wouldn't come off with Barkeeper's Friend.  I finally scratched at them with a fingernail and thought, "Hmmm, they may be pits."  Poking at them with a wooden pick confirmed that the larger two are, indeed, pits.  The third one is small and not confirmed to be a pit—the wooden pick point didn't fit.

I sent the following photograph to Grizzly and asked what I've done or not done to cause this.

I'll keep you aware of developments.

Well..I went and did it...Mak 2 all Stainless Steel...

Congratulations on the new pit.  I'm certainly not an expert or even knowledgable about all pits; there may be one or two that might be an equal or even better, but I've not run across any.

Actually was surprised to see some new entrants since I last looked (8 years ago)..but from every review out there, doesn't seem that I can go wrong with this.   Except for the credit card bill.  :)
