It is good to see so many names from Pelletheads and thankful to all that helped develop and maintain this site.We really need a good source of information like this!!!

Welcome Canadian John!!   :cool:  I've been hoping you would find this sight.  Your vast knowledge will certainly benefit everyone.  And you gave me some of the best advice ever for the temp swings on my Traeger: 

"Does it always produce good food?"  Yes, always.
"Have you ever burned anything?"  No.
And I'm paraphrasing this, "Then don't sweat the temp swings."
