Wanted to say hello from central Missouri.
I just found the old PH site before it closed. I'm delighted that B & K have opened this site. Being new to pellet grills, I'll probably do a lot of reading and will post whenever I have something to contribute.
I bought a Blaz'n Grand Slam several months ago and am really enjoying it as I learn about pellet smoking and grilling.
Hope to be able to add my input in the future.
