Google has always delayed my searches with sign ins, and unnecessary info questions. I'm open to suggestions on how to do without them.
Try the Brave browser with DuckDuckGo for a search engine.
Won't stop Google ads on sites you go to but they won't be directed to you.

I suppose that depends on how deep you are in google products.  If it is a matter of browsers and search engines, I use firefox or opera browsers on windows computers with duckduckgo as the search page.  However, if you use an android device, it does not really matter, google will have its tentacles in you anyways.  My last remaining cord is a gmail account.  I only use it for junk stuff I do not care about, but I am going to purge that when I get the time also.

DuckDuckGo has an app for Android.

DuckDuckGo will also be coming out with an email protection.  Change your emails at sites to    xxxxx@duck.com.
They receive the email, remove all the attached tracking and marketing, and forward it on to you.

I've signed up for it to use with my gmail account.
Have my own domain, but keep that strictly for family and friends.

I use an adblocker on all my browsers, so I rarely see ads. Speeds up my browsing by quite a bit. Couldn't care less what Big Tech does with my data; I try to make sure they are working for me, not the other way around.

"Retailers are increasingly charging “personalized” or “dynamic” prices based on your online footprint. They manipulate prices, trying to charge you the max they think you’re willing to pay. You could be sitting right next to someone, looking at the same online product, and be charged more just because of a website you visited.

You're probably familiar with how common this practice is in the airline industry. That's all thanks to Google's ITA QPX Software; which provides solutions to airlines to price "by market segment, point-of-sale, channel and even user."

That profit comes right out of your pocket because they decided you were willing to pay more for your flight based on tracking.

The worst part is, this sneaky pricing tactic has long been used in other industries. The Wall Street Journal ran a study on the matter as far back as 2012:
