Wondering if anyone has made contact with Alfresco Grills regarding support issues for your Memphis Grill?  And thoughts/assesments?

I filled out a form in their “contact us” area of their webpage and got a fairly quick reply from Steve Piper of Suoerior Equipment Solutions, Inc. I dont have any issues but thought I would reach out.  Hs said you can contact them via phone at (866)203-5607.  I have a friend in MN who needs a new ITC1 controller for his Pro but he has not yet initiated contact.
FYI: the fans, auger motors and igniters are fairly common items you replace off Amazon.

Might give them a call about the Pro combustion chamber.
