I know this is a subjective question. Did your meatloaf taste like it was cooked using wood?

Hey, it is a mean meatloaf cooker! What can I say. you sit in your chair, your look at meat temperature, you see the temperature of the pit. This is not ground breaking, but it is a very easy app to set up and use! This was the graph that it does with each cook, for those of you that are into that!

Ace Hardware has free assembly and delivery on this pit and other grills they have for Memorial Day weekend. I'd love to add this to my collection but I need to begin to get rid of some of my pits first.

Quote from: pmillen on Yesterday at 05:25:10 PMThe unit temperature display is almost spot on to your thermometer probes. That's better than what I expect from a unit.I would bet that is much better most kitchen ovens.

Oh JD, I am so sorry and echo Paul's sentiments. I will add your wife and you to my prayer list.

So much on this grill, some very technical. I am not the right guy at times to highlight such features. This is a screenshot of the Weber App for the Searwood. This unit is Wi-Fi enabled. We are cooking the meatloaf for 30 minutes using the SmokeBoost (180°) and will then turn to 350° using the phone, from my chair to finish. This unit has 2 temperature probes, you can see the loaf was 45° when we started! Also, right on the phone app, a log graph of both pit and food temps. Will have to figure out how to show that at the end of this cook.
