My plumber installed these during a remodel and tossed the packaging so I didn't register them.  You wonder how many other people are in the same boat.  I only found out about it from a pellet grill forum.  Go figure.

I received one replacement today, hopefully the other one is on the way.

The power brick is twice the size of the old one.  It has dual outlets in case you want to plug in a hot water dispenser.  Overkill but at least it won't catch fire.
