Title: Greetings from Nashville, Tennessee

I'm a longtime griller, but have just ordered my first pellet grill (RT-700).  I am looking forward to learning much about these grills and how best to cook on them from the experienced pros.  Ross and others have already stepped up and answered some of my questions and I thank them for their generosity.  I am well on my way to some great cooks in the near future and learning all about new tips and tricks on cooks and recipes.
