Holy cow it’s hot, I don’t always drink beer but when I do it’s Dos Equis. When they say “stay thirstyâ€; I will. It’s my Son in laws beer. Now to make the corned beef bierocks, using Bentley’s corned beef recipe. More to follow, maybe.

Those sound great. I wonder if we can take it a step further and have a Ruben Bierock?
-
They smell REALLY FANTASTIC! Your corned beef recipe. A picture or two, can’t wait till dinner time!!

Oh boy!

Nice work. Those look delicious.

I guess I may have been making them wrong from the get go. They are German, so the recipes probably have called for sauerkraut and I have just used sautéed cabbage with onions cuz I don't like it. It would be a very short step for you to make yours a Ruben bierock! Do you put cheese in yours?
They look wonderful! And such a great idea on using the Grand's!

not a fan of corned beef, but I see some possibilities with this concept. thanks for sharing.
thinking:
ham, pepperoni, sausage, cheese
pulled beef, peppers, onions, mushrooms
philly beef or chicken cheesesteak
pulled pork
buffalo shredded chicken

We make them probably wrong. But, never had a complaint. Whatever you can imagine is really good. Taco style, breakfast style, pizza style..... yep. Fun,taste great, cheap and YUMMY. Gonna share a photo of our Granddaughter, way cute.

What a sweetie, I hope you spoil her rotten.
Love your idea on how to make bierocks and love the use of kraut. Put some Swiss in it and have some Russian dressing for dipping and you have a Ruebenrock!!!

Yep that’s what we do. Scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, sometimes hash browns, delicious! Yes we did put Swiss cheese in with the corned beef.
