Hello everyone, my name is Rudi, I live in Northern Wisconsin. I just picked up my first pellet grill, Camp Chef DLX. Ive been a Weber grill guy my entire life, but new to smoking and grilling on pellets. I joined this community with the hopes of triming down my learning curve with tips, tricks and lessons learned from the wisdom of other members. With any luck Ill be able to pass along help to other members as I learn. Thanks for reading.
