Meat extract - Wikipedia
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meat_extract
Meat extract is highly concentrated meat stock, usually made from beef. It is used to add meat flavour in cooking, and to make broth for soups and other liquid-based foods. Meat extract was invented by Baron Justus von Liebig, a German 19th-century organic chemist.

This could be the solution that TechMoGogy has been looking for, ..... to finally cook a successful Packer Brisket that, at least, even his dog would eat! ..... Yes indeed! Armour's Extract of Beef could be the answer to finally take him to "Beef Nirvana".

I'm disappointed that there is no recipe for something to inject brisket with.
