And I know it is delicious, but to me, you could achieve the same thing with a green de-boned ham, or shoulder or loin.  I guess I weep for the lost bacon!

You got that right!
Man that looks crazy delicious, I would eat that until they had to "pierce" my skin so I wouldn't pop.
All of it including the skin, when he put that on the sandwich I tried to grab it through the computer screen.

Love the video except for the guy at the end staring into the camera while eating the sandwich.  ???
