I'm in the market for a nice built-in pellet cooker so I am probably buying the Memphis Elite, but this thing does look interesting. Lots of features. Almost wonder if it is too much.

This must be brand new. It is the first I have seen of it.. If it is Twin Eagles, It will be very expensive.Interesting about the briquette area and the charcoal tray option.
-
looks like it costs about $6500.00
-
Yeah. Crazy expensive. 7 grand if you want the rotisserie!
-
Wow! That may be the best looking grill I have ever seen with some great features. I never heard of the brand before. I may make a drive one of these days to go look at one of them.
-
They are very well-known for high-end set-in (seeing how many hyphens I can use in one sentence) grills for outdoor kitchens.
-
That is one sweet unit!
-
Don't be tempting me like that GTSUM!

That’s the lowest (140*) temp setting I think I have ever seen on a pellet grill. At that low of a temp I would think you always right on the verge of a flame out.

My Traeger JR will go below that with no issues.

Interesting. Does it have setting to maintain temps that low or does it just drop that low as part of a temperature swing? Every grill with a controller that I have seen has a temp setting has been 150* and above.

That this in gorgeous. But I am not sure I could ever justify that price point.

Just watched a Twin Eagles Pellet Grill tutorial (by Gilbert Fireplaces, about 3 mins long) on YouTube.
This unit looks like an industry game changer. I may have to break open my piggy bank once I see more reviews.
The control pad looks like it does it all including controlling the rotisserie feature. Plus the 700+ max temp is very appealing.
Hoping to see more on this moving forward.

Also just watched the intro video from the manufacturer and saw 13 lb hopper, claiming 1/2 per hour at 225 degrees.

That hopper is a downside compared to other units, but it would be fine if the consumption is what they say it is. I would be a little concerned about those pellets starting on fire if you had a grease fire. Other than that, I have not seen something with so many features and in SS.

For me i don't see the need for a huge hopper. I never fill my hoppers up no matter how long I cook. If they get low just add more. For example if this unit even burned 1 pound of pellets per hour @ 225 you are looking at 13 hours.
I do know some people like to have large hoppers, Rec-Tec comes to mind, but I just don't see the need.

That is where these conversations get interesting. I moved from a 20 lb hopper to 35. I probably didn't need it, but it's a really nice to have feature. 13 seems small to me.
With the Twin Eagle, it seems we're back to some folks wanting a super modern looking grilling appliance run by pellets. I tend to think my natural gas (never fill a propane bottle again) gasser does that grilling just fine. Twin Eagle would be cumbersome to switch out smoke to grill IMO. Whereas my pit is smoke to roast ready 100% of the time.
Touch screen on the front center. Well that will last a few weeks before covered in sauce, drippings etc.
I'm sure I'd be proud to own this Twin Eagle, it's beautiful, but I don't see myself pulling the trigger on this ever. Ultimately that comes down to not being an all in one cooking appliance guy. I suspect this could be tempting for the Memphis crowd.

If it performs as well as it looks and as well as it SHOULD, I might be selling the Memphis. I need to see one locally if possible
