In the late 70s Salt Lake City had a Greek shishkebob place on Third West & North Temple. Then it moved to about 600N-700N Third West (HWY 89) in the 90s. Anybody eat them and can tell me what was in their marinade? Best lamb shishkebob I ever had. I went out of my way on my cross-country drivestwice to eat them again. The juices dripped over the french fries they were served on and made the fries tasty too. I think it was a family operation, not a franchise. Would love to duplicate it.
