Very interesting. I wish cookshack had a smaller version of their rotisserie units.

"Nothin's Free! ...... Good things take time". ....... Unless you want to drill a permanent front and back whole in the actual unit, which would not be adjustable, this is the only way I see to do it. But, outside of going to the welding shop and hardware store, the whole thing took 12 hours. Now having done it once, could probably make it in 8 hours. This is the type of thing where you measure 4 times and cut once.

Great fabrication, just goes to show anything can be fabbed if you want it bad enough

With the PG, it's the perfect setup for duck! Here the carriage is in the forward position with 1/2 the bird exposed to the direct flame, but it's rotating, so the flame is toasting it evenly.
