I normally make Pozole with pulled pork but since I’m out of pulled pork :'( , I’m going to try using pork shoulder cut into ~1†cubes, seasoned, let set for a couple of hours and put on the DC at 150° for one hour. Into the Insta Pot at high pressure for 17 minutes, release pressure and simmer for another 20-30 minutes. I’ll post the results. :-\

Smoked pozole sounds like a great twist. I have been wanting to try smoked carne adovada, glad you reminded me.
