Hey!  Welcome to Pellet Fan.

A "just in time" purchase.  There may a few more brutal winter days but I sought comfort in the phrase In like a lion, out like a lamb when I lived in your northern neighbor.

Get that PB fired up and post your favorite recipes with photographs—we love photographs.
