Hi, I'm on my second Pellet Grill, a FireCraft Q-450, which I'm very happy with. My one and only youtube video is of me assembling it 3 years ago. My previous grill was a Traeger Lil Tex which gave me quite a few years of good cooking.

I use the grill several times a week, mostly short cooks, Salmon, thin sliced chicken breast, pork chops, and such, but occasionally I'll do spare ribs, pork butt, or tri-tip.

While I'm sad to see the demise of the old group, I'm happy to see that Bentley has started a new group.

Welcome from MN.  I have a daughter an family who live just north of you.  We get out that way once in a while but not often enough.
